Egg roll in a bowl

Ingredients- makes 4 servings 

1 Lb ground pork

Two 9 oz bags shredded cabbage /carrot blend

1 egg

1/2 cup gyoza sauce from traders or other OR brand OR make your own by combining these ingredients - 1/4 cup coconut aminos or soy sauce, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp ground ginger, 2 tsp sriracha, 1 tbsp sesame oil. 

Directions: 

Cook pork until browned on stove top. Make a well in middle of pot and scramble one egg. Add two bags of cabbage and cook until soft. Add sauce mix well & serve.
